The Four Evangelists
All finished! Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. I am going to do a limited edition (20) screen-print of this poster. Stay tuned and I’ll post it up when printed and give you the details of how you could buy this little fella to hang on your wall… God bless you and yours!
The Apostle Luke
One plus of waking up at 3.30am is I have more time to draw!
In traditional depictions, such as paintings, evangelist portraits and church mosaics, St. Luke is often accompanied by an ox or bull, usually having wings.
Here are the other evangelists I have drawn so far… Matthew to go and then I’ll pop them in a limited edition print. Stay tuned!

The voice of the lion is the symbol of St. Mark… Had a lot of fun drawing John yesterday so I think Ill draw all four evangelists

The Gospel of John is my favourite so I thought I’d draw the man himself in the guise of the eagle which is the traditional symbol of John.

Inks: Archival Ultrachrome HDR Inks
Cost: AUS$30 per print + AUS$5 postage within Australia, $10 anywhere else in the world. (postage is set to $5/$10 no matter how many prints you order… they will be shipped in the one package)

2012 Create Awards
The Creative Panic has been shortlisted for the 2012 Create Awards and I am flying to Melbourne tomorrow to attend the Awards Night. I’m in the company of some über-awesome illustrators so I don’t have my hopes high for a win but it really is an honour to be shortlisted for the award as this is a national award for the design and creative industry in Australia.
