The voice of the lion is the symbol of St. Mark… Had a lot of fun drawing John yesterday so I think Ill draw all four evangelists 
The Gospel of John is my favourite so I thought I’d draw the man himself in the guise of the eagle which is the traditional symbol of John.

A Saturday afternoon doodle, too f**king hot outside for anything else.
Well, here it is… #300 in The Creative Panic One Illustration a Day Project. 65 illustrations to go and I will have done an illustration every day for a whole year without fail! I hope I don’t get hit by a bus between now and January 19th, 2012!
I cannot stress how fast I knocked this one out tonight… hence why it is most definitely shit and very light on the fancy.
One my students suggested I draw an igloo… I’m pretty sure she just said the first thing that came into her head in an effort to make me go away so she could get back to BookFace or whatever it is young people do these days.
I am without my Wacom board tonight so this Panic was done with my fingers. trackpad and the Illustrator Pen tool… Not exactly old school but it gets the job done!
I’ve been playing around with a cactus idea lately but nothing I have done works… tried again tonight and this little piece came out the other end.
