The 1982 Giraffewear Fashion Annual (#58)

1982 GiraffeWear Fashion Annual

It’s 1982. Gone are the days where any self-respecting giraffe can get away with a simple coat of uneven squares. This season features natural-fibre turtle neck sweaters in a range of bright and vibrant colours.

Thought I’d keep with the animal theme today but have a bit of fun with it and really, what isnt fun about an albino giraffe in a turtle-neck sweater.

The Turtle Illustration (#57)

RIGHTEOUS!

For today’s illustration I thought I’d continue with the animal theme I had going before I ruined it with the Letter B from yesterday πŸ™‚

Speaking of yesterday, the blog ended up with 3000 hits from being featured on Freshly Pressed! Thanks to everyone who commented and subscribed to the blog, makes it all worth while to get feedback from all of you lovely people!

I also had a few people ask if I had the illustrations available as prints. The only problem is I can’t really afford to do all of them as screen-prints but if there is a select few people would like to buy a print or two, maybe comment on the blog about which ones you think would work and if the same ones are being requested Ill look into getting some done.

The Letter B (#56)

The Letter B

Wow, what a day it’s been… The Creative Panic made it all the way to the front page of WordPress.com, being featured in Freshly Pressed! Thanks to everyone who commented on the blog and who have subscribed. I hope you enjoy my daily illustrations! πŸ™‚

Today’s illustration is another typographical one, featuring the letter B.

Make Believe (#51)

Make Believe!

I’m sure we all remember playing dress-ups as a kid. Running around the house and yard pretending you were Superman or spiderman.. hell, sometimes you didn’t even need a costume, just your over-active imagination. It kinda sucks we lose some of that as we grow into “responsible” adults.

T.J. Barnum – Monster All Star (#49)

T.J. Barnum Monster All Star

Known to many simply as T.J., Thomas James Barnum was arguably the greatest player to grace the court in the MGBA (Monsters & Ghouls Basketball Association). Unstoppable in offence and equally at home under the boards in defence, T.J. equalled legend Milf Chamberslain’s 50-point average score per game in his last season. T.J. now lives with his wife Marcia and their three children in a New OrlΓ©ans swamp system and manages his clothing company T.J. Sportswear.
